Returns

- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom-made or personalized products (unless defective or faulty)
- Gift cards
- Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration after delivery
Refunds
Inspection: Once your return is received, our team will inspect the item and notify you of the status.
Approval: If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Exchanges
We offer free exchanges on eligible items within the 30-day return period.

- If the replacement item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued instead.
No Restocking Fees
London Outfits does not charge any restocking fees. Whether it’s a sizing issue or a change of mind, we aim to make returns easy and stress-free.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 3 days of delivery.
Kindly include:
- Clear photos of the issue
- Your order number
Our support team will promptly arrange a replacement or refund.
International Returns
Currently, London Outfits ships to and accepts returns within the United Kingdom only. Any applicable customs duties or taxes in special cases remain the customer’s responsibility. Please contact us directly for further clarification.
