When reaching out, please include your order number and reason for cancellation to help us process your request quickly and efficiently.
Cancellation Timeframes & Fees
As many of our items are made to order or produced in limited quantities, cancellation requests are subject to the following conditions:
- Within 24 hours of placing your order
✅ Cancellation is allowed
🔁 A 35% processing/restocking fee will be deducted from your refund - Between 24–48 hours after placing your order
✅ Cancellation may still be accepted
🔁 A 50% deduction will apply to cover production and handling costs - After 48 hours
❌ Cancellation is no longer possible, as the order is likely already in production or prepared for shipment
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may still request a return or exchange in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.
Non-Cancellable Orders
The following orders are not eligible for cancellation under any circumstances:
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Orders already in production or prepared for dispatch
- Products clearly marked as “Final Sale” on the product page
We recommend reviewing product details carefully or contacting our support team before placing a custom or final-sale order.
Order Cancellation by London Outfits
London Outfits reserves the right to cancel an order in certain situations, including but not limited to:
- Product unavailability or stock issues
- Payment authorization failures
- Pricing or listing errors
- Suspected fraudulent activity
If your order is cancelled by us, you will be notified promptly and issued a full refund.
